Why use a Maldives number for Telegram?
Day-to-day life in Maldives runs on Viber, WhatsApp and Facebook, yet Telegram remains the app for channels, groups and communities where a local number looks natural. A +960 number keeps that account tied to the country without using your personal SIM.
Resort and island workers: Many resort staff come from Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka, and a Maldivian number helps them stay reachable by employers and colleagues.
Telegram accounts are tied to the number for life; keeping it lets you log in on new devices and recover the account.
