How to pay for a PhoneBorn real mobile number with USDT or USDC on Tron, Polygon, BNB Chain, Base or Solana: exact amount, 10-minute window, verification and refunds.

What you can pay for
PhoneBorn is paid in crypto only. There are two ways to use it:
- Wallet top-up. Add funds to your prepaid PhoneBorn wallet, then buy real mobile numbers, single-use OTP numbers and renewals from the balance. The minimum top-up is shown on the form.
- Direct checkout. Choose a country and a plan, then pay for that one number with crypto. When the payment is confirmed the amount is credited to your wallet and the number is bought from it in the same step. If the number can't be activated (for example it just sold out), the money stays in your wallet. Direct crypto checkout needs at least $1.00; a single crypto payment can be up to $10,000.

How to pay, step by step
Create an account with your email
Sign up with an email address and a password. No name, ID or card is asked for.
Choose top-up or direct checkout
Top up your wallet under Wallet → Top up with crypto, or pick a country and plan under Buy number and choose “or pay with crypto”.
Pick the coin and network
In the payment popup choose USDT or USDC and the network you will send from. Changing the network creates a new address and restarts the timer.
Send the exact amount within 10 minutes
Copy the exact amount (including decimals) and the address, or scan the QR code, and send only that token on that network. Network fees are paid by you, on top of the amount.
Wait for verification
When the payment is seen on-chain the popup shows “Payment received — being verified”. Once our team confirms it, the wallet is credited or the number is activated.
Rules that protect your payment
- Exact amount. Send the amount shown, including every decimal. It can differ from the price by a few cents so each payment can be matched; you are credited the invoiced US-dollar amount.
- Right token, right network. Send only the coin you chose, on the network you chose. A different token or network may be lost.
- Fees are yours. Network fees are paid by the sender and come on top of the amount.
- 10-minute window. The countdown starts when the payment screen opens. Closing the window is fine — the payment stays under Wallet → Crypto payments.
After you send it
Verification. At the moment, every payment the gateway detects on-chain is confirmed by our team before it is credited. Until then you see “Payment received — being verified”. You don't need to pay again.
Window expired. If the 10 minutes run out before your payment arrives, you can leave your own wallet address for the same coin and network. If your funds reach us and can't be credited, we refund them to that address within 2 working days.
Too little sent. The payment shows “amount too low”. Contact support with your transaction hash — underpayments, overpayments and late payments are reviewed by support. Details: refund policy.
Wallet balance. Balance is spent on PhoneBorn and isn't withdrawable back to crypto, except at our discretion.
What we learn about you when you pay
No card number, no billing name, no billing address. Your account is just an email address. For each crypto payment we keep the coin, network, amount, deposit address, invoice number and transaction hash. Once a payment is confirmed, you can download a PDF invoice for it from your dashboard.
Remember that blockchain transactions are public by nature. We don't try to link them to real-world identities — more in the Privacy Policy.
