How to choose a country for LinkedIn

LinkedIn verifies accounts with a 6-digit code, delivered by SMS. You enter the number at Settings → Sign in & security → Phone numbers, or the prompt during sign-up. Every country on this list is one where we supply real mobile numbers for LinkedIn verification, so the choice comes down to three things: what the account is for, price, and stock.

1. Match the country to how you'll use the account

If you want a local presence — a professional profile for a job search or clients in the country — pick a number from the country you're targeting. Some apps also tailor content, payments or features to the number's country, and a number that matches your location and language settings tends to raise fewer questions during sign-up.

2. Compare prices

Per-code prices for LinkedIn currently range from $0.15 to $1.64. The cheapest five are shown above; the full table is sorted alphabetically so you can find a specific country quickly. You only pay when you order, and a single-use OTP order is refunded automatically if no code arrives.

3. Check stock
