Why didn't my PayPal code arrive?
“We couldn't confirm your phone number”: Check the country code matches the account's country; try Call if offered. In general, make sure the country selected in PayPal matches the number, request the code once and wait 60–120 seconds before resending, because repeated requests trigger rate limits.
What if PayPal doesn't accept my number?
Each app sets its own rules, so PayPal decides which numbers it accepts. If PayPal doesn't accept your PhoneBorn number within 7 days of purchase, open the number in your dashboard and press “Replace number” to get a new number from the same country for free — instantly, up to 3 times. Your plan and expiry date stay the same. If the number was never used for any SMS or call, you can take a full refund instead. Single-use OTP numbers are refunded automatically if no code arrives.
Do I need ID or my own phone to verify PayPal?
