Why didn't my Claude code arrive?
“This phone number is not supported”: Try a real mobile number in a different supported country. In general, make sure the country selected in Claude matches the number, request the code once and wait 60–120 seconds before resending, because repeated requests trigger rate limits.
What if Claude doesn't accept my number?
Each app sets its own rules, so Claude decides which numbers it accepts. If Claude doesn't accept your PhoneBorn number within 7 days of purchase, open the number in your dashboard and press “Replace number” to get a new number from the same country for free — instantly, up to 3 times. Do I need ID or my own phone to verify Claude?
