Crypto Checkout: Check Network, Amount and Time
Before paying for a number, match the invoice's token, network, address, exact amount and expiry. Learn what evidence to keep if a payment needs review.

Quick answer: pay only the exact asset, network, address and amount shown on the current invoice, within its displayed window. A familiar token name or a matching wallet address is not enough to establish a correct payment.
Read the invoice as a complete instruction
USDT and USDC can exist on more than one blockchain. A withdrawal screen may remember the network you used previously, while the invoice expects a different one. Compare the network explicitly rather than choosing whichever fee looks lowest.
| Field | What to compare |
|---|---|
| Asset | The exact token selected on this invoice |
| Network | The chain named on the payment screen |
| Address | The complete destination, copied from this invoice |
| Amount | The exact amount the destination must receive |
| Expiry | Whether the invoice remains open |
The available methods shown at checkout are authoritative. This article does not add support for a token or network that is absent from your payment screen.
Account for withdrawal fees without guessing
Some sending services deduct a fee from the entered withdrawal amount; others charge it separately. Inspect their final confirmation screen to understand what the destination will receive. Do not deliberately overpay to "be safe" and do not underpay on the assumption that a small difference will be ignored.
If you cannot make the destination receive the exact invoice amount, stop and ask for clarification before sending. A wrong-amount deposit is not automatically eligible for wallet credit. Do not assume that multiple transfers will be combined or that an extra payment will repair a previous one.
Check time before approving the transfer
A payment invoice has a displayed expiry. Network processing and sending-service withdrawals can take time, so do not wait until the last moment. If the invoice expires before you send, obtain the appropriate current instructions rather than paying a saved screenshot.
PhoneBorn describes team confirmation of on-chain payments. A transaction appearing in your wallet is not the same as the purchase being approved or the account balance becoming spendable. Read the status shown in the dashboard and the payment information page.
Keep useful evidence, not secrets
Save the order or invoice reference, selected chain, token, transaction hash and time. These let support inspect the transaction. Never provide a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or remote access to your wallet.
If the amount, network or timing was wrong, report the facts through support. Do not send again until the first payment's status is understood. A support review does not imply guaranteed recovery, credit or a refund; the actual transaction and policy determine the outcome.
Distinguish payment from provisioning
An on-chain transfer, a wallet credit and a number assignment are separate stages. Check the displayed status of each relevant stage instead of assuming one proves the others. If your balance is available but an order is missing, give support the order reference rather than sending another payment.
Does the same address work on every network?
Do not assume it. Use the network-and-address combination on the current invoice.
Should I send a tiny test payment?
Do not send unrequested partial deposits to a live invoice. They may not match its exact-amount rules. Follow the checkout instructions instead.
