I guess it is not a secret Barack Obama is a great lover of Blackberry smartphones but there is no way he can use them anymore. A couple of days ago he was required to use a super-secure version of a phone called the Sectera Edge.
The following gadget costs $3,350 and it comes with a full QWERTY keyboard, a touchscreen, two usb ports and a lot more. The only one option – it looks really ugly.
The device operates on Windows Mobile, and Web browsing can be easily done via Internet Explorer. This gadget can work during extreme temperature range: from 140 to -9 degrees Farenheit, it offers 60 hours of standby and 5 hours of talk time.
The main aim of this phone is to be safe and ensure secure wireless voice and data transmission. Users are welcome to have absolutely secure access to classified networks, e-mail and web browsing.
The Sectera itself is a lightweight and compact phone.
